Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in six outdoor meets, including the GNAC Outdoor Championships…specialized in the 100 and 200 meters, plus anchored MSUB’s 4x100 relay team and ran on the 4x400 relay…moved up to tenth all-time at MSUB in the 100 meters by running a 11.24 at the GNAC Outdoor Championships…helped the 4x100 relay place fourth at the GNAC Outdoor Championships with a 42.92…also placed ninth in the 200 meters with a wind-aided 22.58 and led off MSUB’s 4x400 relay at GNACs…placed fourth in both the 100 (11.48) and 200 meters (22.78) at the Trudnowski Open on April 24.

Indoor Track & Field: Competed in seven indoor events, including the GNAC Indoor Championships...Set 60 meter dash personal best 7.19 seconds for 12th place at the Bobcat Preview Dec. 6...Placed second in the 200 meter dash finals of the Myrle Hanson Open Feb. 1 with a time of 23.10 seconds...Took 9th place at the GNAC Championships in the 4x400 meter relay with a team time of 3:29.89...Placed 12 in the preliminaries of the 200 meter dash at 22.68 seconds at the GNAC Championships Feb. 21-22.

Track & Field: Ran fourth leg of men's 4x100 meter relay team which won GNAC outdoor title on May 10 with a time of 41.28 seconds...Fourth place in GNAC outdoor championships in men's 200 meters (22.25 seconds)...Set season best times in the 100 and 200 meter dash at the Montana State Open. Finished 3rd in the 200 meters with a time of 21.88 seconds. Ran 60 meters in 7.31 seconds to finished 12th at the CSC Open...
2017-18
Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in the 100, 200 and 400-meter sprints as a freshman...placed 14th in the 400-meter (50.79) at the conference meet and 17th in the 200 (22.60)...also ran in the 4x100 and 4x400 relays during the season but did not participate in the relay at the conference meet…collegiate-best of 11.24 in the 100, 22.55 in the 200 and 49.77 in the 400.
Indoor Track & Field: Set the MSUB record with a 50.82 in the 400-meter at the South Dakota State university Invitational...raced in the 200 with a best time of 23.73 at the Colorado School of Mines Invitational...member of the 4x400-relay that placed ninth at the GNAC championships (3:34.51).
Jefferson High School: Three-sport standout...four-year member of football, basketball, and track teams...post player on basketball team that finished 36-16 record...on gridiron, earned second team all-conference accolade...for track team, four-year all-state honoree...school records, running the anchor leg, in 4x100 meter relay in 43.42 and 4x400 meter relay in 3:25.11.
