Outdoor Track & Field: Graduates as one of the most decorated MSUB track athletes of all time and has the top 10 furthest javelin throws in MSUB program history…was a NCAA D2 First-Team All-American in the javelin and placed fourth at the national championships…named the 2021 USFCCCA Outdoor West Region Athlete of the Year and also made the USAFCCCA’s all-region team for javelin…in the GNAC, was the 2021 Men’s Track and Field Athlete of the Year…won his second-straight GNAC javelin title with a 233-7 (71.19), which is not only the MSUB school record, but also the second-furthest javelin throw in GNAC history…earned GNAC Performance of the Meet at the 2021 GNAC Outdoor Championships...placed first in the javelin in all five regular-season meets…won the javelin at the prestigious Drake Relays for the second time his career by throwing a 216-3 (65.92) on April 22…won the Bauer Open with a throw of 218-3 (65.12), good for ninth all-time at MSUB…his winning throw of 232-11 (71.00) at the Battlin’ Bears/Yellowjacket Open (April 1) ranks second all-time at MSUB…took first with a throw of 220-7 (67.23) at the MSUB/RMC Open (March 19) ranks seventh all-time at MSUB…named GNAC Athlete of the Week three times…won a USTFCCCA All-Academic award…named academic all-GNAC.

Indoor Track and Field: Competed in five events…posted a personal-best long jump mark of 21’ 6.75” at the Jacksons Invitational.
2017-18: Finished the season as a first team all-American in the javelin with a fifth-place finish at the NCAA D2 National Outdoor Championships in Charlotte, N.C....set MSUB record in the javelin with a throw of 69.13 meters (226' 10") at the Drake Relays in Des Moines, Iowa...won the GNAC championship in the javelin with a throw of 67.99m (223' 1") in Monmouth, Ore. becoming MSUB's first male field-event champion.
2016-17: All-Great Northwest Athletic Conference in the javelin…placed first in Bauer Invitational with a season-best 60.16 meters javelin throw…season best 24.75 in the 200m…100-meter best of 11.47…60-meter best of 7.41…weight throw best of 13.48 meters…season best shot put of 13.33 meters.
Dickinson State University: All-NSAA for indoor pole vault...conference champion in the javelin...advanced and competed in outdoor NAIA national meet in javelin.
Dawson County High School: Three-sport athlete...double letter-winner in football as a defensive end...triple letter-winner on the track team...one year participant and letter winner for the wrestling team...team captain...all-conference honoree in javelin junior and senior years...divisional winner in javelin senior year.
