2012-13: Appeared and started in all 27 contests, leading the team in minutes played with 930 (34.4 avg.) … Led the team in points (480), field goals (186), free throws (78), and assists (167); while also recording 107 rebounds, 50 steals, and seven blocks … Her 6.2 assists per game led the GNAC and ranked No. 2 nationally, and her 17.8 points per game ranked second among GNAC scorers … Knudsen recorded a career and season high 33 points against Dixie State University (11/23/12), and 13 assists versus Alaska Fairbanks (01/12/13) … Her 13 assists against the Nanooks tied MSUB’s single game record for assists in a game … She earned Red Lion GNAC Player of the Week honors Nov. 19-15 … Knudson won several accolades including: First Team All-GNAC and CoSIDA Academic All-District honors, Second Team Daktronics All-West Region honors, Division II Bulletin All-American and WBCA Division II All-American honorable mention honors, and Academic All-GNAC plaudits … Knudsen currently ranks No. 12 all-time in scoring (1,262) and No. 6 in assists (339) in Yellowjackets women’s basketball program history … Her 167 assists in 2012-13 rank No. 2 all-time in single season assist totals for MSUB’s program history.
 
2011-12: Recorded one of the best seasons in the Yellowjackets’ history, started all 30 games and led the team in points (533), points per game (17.8), field goals made (203), assists (112) and steals (58) … Knudsen finished third on the team in rebounds with 126 and fifth on the team in blocks with five … In the GNAC finished second in scoring, third in minutes played, fourth in assists, sixth in steals and free throw percentage and eighth in three pointers made … Named player of the week Feb. 6-12 scoring 57 total points against Central Washington (25 points) and Northwest Nazarene (32 points) … Received several accolades: All-GNAC First Team, Daktronics West Region All-Star First Team,  Women's Basketball Coaches' Association (WBCA) NCAA Division II Coaches' All-America Team Honorable Mention, Capital One Academic All-District Eight first team and  2011-12 GNAC All-Academic team.
 
2010-11: Knudsen played in 28 games with 17 starts as a freshman scoring 8.9 points and 2.8 rebounds per game ... She dished out 60 assists and picked 39 steals on the year ... Knudsen had the third best free throw percentage at 73.0 percent and shot 36.2 from the field ... She had a pair of 13 point games and had a season-high six assists versus Minot State (Dec. 18).

Malta High School: Knudsen lettered four years in basketball, track and cross country at Malta High School ... Averaged 11 points, 5.5 rebounds and four assists per game as a senior ... Shot 60 percent from the field and 35 percent from beyond the arc ... She helped lead her team to a state championship in 2007 and 2010 and a state third place and second place finish in 2008 and 2009, respectively ... Was an all-conference and all-state selection in basketball in 2009 and earned all-state and all-conference honors in 2010 ... Won three individual state track championships in the 800m (2007, 2009, 2010) and the long relay (2007-2009) ... Earned four all-state honors in cross country ... A member of National Honor Society, Student Council, Youth Group, FCCCA and ranked fifth in her class.
