Biography
PRONUNCIATION:
Billings West High School: Earned four letters in track and field and cross country...Team captain...Most Valuable runner in 2017...Freshman of the year in 2016...Participated in swimming for one year and competed in the 50-yard freestyle at the Montana State meet.
Coach Bjerke on Perfitt: “Katelynn has been a key runner and leader for Billings West. After her senior cross country season she began contemplating triathlon and joined West’s swimming program, showing rapid development and even going on to represent the Golden Bears at the state meet. As she begins to develop her biking power and skills, I am excited to see how it all comes together for her.”
Perfitt on choosing MSUB: "I chose MSUB because I knew it's a great school with a great environment. I think I will learn a lot and make a lot of great memories."
