Cross Country: Competed in five of the team’s six races, including the 2021 GNAC Championships and the NCAA DII West Regional races…Was primarily MSUB’s fourth varsity scorer…Ran his personal-best 8K time with a 26:18.7 at the 2021 GNAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 23…Cut several minutes off of his 10-kilometer lifetime-best with his 33:39.1 at the NCAA DII West Regional race on Nov. 6…Earned his first collegiate top-10 finish by placing third with a 29:25.6 8K time at the Providence Open on Oct. 1.

2019-20
Outdoor Track & Field: Season canceled due to coronavirus pandemic.
Indoor Track and Field: Competed in seven events for the Yellowjackets…had a season-best time of 4:46.63 minutes in the mile run at the Snake River Open on Jan. 11…had a season-best time of 9:17.42 minutes in the 3,000 meters at the Jacksons Nike Invitational on Feb. 8…had a season-best time of 15:54.54 minutes in the 5,000 meters at the GNAC Championships on Feb. 22.
Cross Country: Impact runner for the Yellowjackets…competed in all five fall meets with an average time of 29:68…ran a season best time 28:32 (21st place) at the Roy Griak Invitational in Minneapolis, Minnesota on Sept. 28…finished with three top 100 finishes.
Broadwater High School: Cross Country Freshmen of the year…three time team MVP…Three time All-Region section…two time District and Divisional champion in the 3200 and 1600 runner up his junior year.
