Cross Country: Ran one event as a junior...Took 21st place on September 7 at the Hardrocker Cross Country Classic with an 8,000 meter time of 31:11.34 at Robbinsdale Park.
Seattle Pacific University: As a freshman, after missing the first two meets with an injury, an in the final four meets for SPU, and was the first Falcon across the finish line in both championship races: 32nd overall at the GNAC Championships and 73rd at the NCAA West Regionals. ... His GNAC time of 26:41.01 was his best 8K of the year by 19 seconds. His 31:57.3 at Regionals was his best 10K, well below the 33:42.2 he ran at the Western Washington Classic.
