Cross Country: Competed in all five meets of 2019…finished the year with an average time of 33.48…season/career best time at the GNAC Championships at Amend Park on Sept. 26 with a time of 30:28:8 (86th).

St. Labre High School: Broke school record three times in the 4x400 meter relay...personal best 400 meters at 52.4 seconds...Most improved track athlete (2016-17 & 2018-19)...Most valuable track athlete (2017-18).

Coach Woehl on Redgrave: "Having run cross country and track for four years, I think what's unique about Nick is he's consistently improved in cross country by 30 to 45 seconds every year and on the track side, he has run everything from the 100 to the 800 and significantly improved in each of his three events. I think he'll add some depth to the roster for sure and definitely be in contention for the 4x100 meter relay and the distance medley relay team."

Redgrave on choosing MSUB: "I wanted to get a quality education while I compete in cross country to further my athletics career as well."
