Outdoor Track & Field: Capped off his MSUB career by running the third-fastest 3,000-meter steeplechase time in program history with a 9:07.74, earning All-GNAC honors in the steeplechase, and hitting the NCAA provisional qualifying standard…placed third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase to earn all-conference honors at GNACs with a 9:17.93…ran his collegiate-best time in the 800 meters with a 1:59.33 at the Pacific Coast Invitational on April 14…placed fifth in his heat (28th overall) in his heat of the 3,000-meter steeplechase and hit the NCAA provisional qualifying standard with a 9:07.74 at the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 13…took second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and fifth in the 800 meters at the Yellow Jacket Spring Open on April 2…placed second in the 800 meters with a 1:59.85 and ran his collegiate-best 1,500 meter time with a 4:10.84 at the Yellowjackets/Battlin’ Bears Icebreaker Open on March 19.

Indoor Track & Field: Competed in three regular-season indoor track meets, plus the GNAC Indoor Championships… earned All-GNAC honors for running a leg on MSUB’s distance medley relay team that placed third at the conference meet…also ran the eighth-fastest 3,000 meter time in program history with a 8:53.40 to place 18th at GNACs…ran the seventh-fastest indoor 800-meter dash time in program history with a 2:00.27 at the Don Holst Open on Jan. 29…took 10th place in the mile and helped MSUB’s 4x400-meter relay team place third at the Bobcat Challenge on Jan. 14.

Cross Country: Finished his collegiate career by setting personal bests in the 8K and the 10K, plus won his first collegiate race at the Providence Open on Oct. 1…competed in five of the six races, including the 2021 GNAC Cross Country Championships and the NCAA DII West Regional race, and was the ‘Jackets second finisher in four of them…notched the first of his three top-10 finishes by placing seventh at the University of Montana Open with a 21:22.3 7K on Sept. 24…won the Providence Open with a 29:12.0 8-kilometer time on Oct. 1…placed fourth at the Yellowjackets/Battlin’ Bears XC Open with a 25:29.6 8K time on Oct. 8…ran his personal-best 8K at the 2021 GNAC Cross Country Championships with a 25:28.4, good for 24th place…ran his personal-best 10K time at the NCAA DII West Regional race with a 32:13.1 on Nov. 6.
2020-21
Outdoor Track & Field: Ran at seven meets, including the GNAC Outdoor Championships…ran the 800, 1,500, 5,000 meters, plus the 3,000 meter steeplechase and legs on MSUB’s 4x400 meter relay teams...set a new personal best and placed ninth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a 9:29.53 at the GNAC Championships, which ranks 5th all-time at MSUB…won the 5,000 meters with a new personal best of 15:45.53 at the Trudnowski Open on April 24…set a new collegiate best in the 800 meters with a 2:02.91 at the Bengal Invitational on April 16-17…won the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Bauer Open (April 9-10) with a 9:33.89…set a new personal best in the 1,500 meters with a 4:12.39 at the Battlin’ Bears/Yellowjacket Open on April 1.

Indoor Track & Field: Season canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic…named an USTFCCCA Indoor All-Region selection for the distance medley relay…set a new personal best in the 3,000 meters with a 9:04.46 and ran a leg on MSUB’s distance medley relay at the 2021 Stinger Open on Feb. 19-20, 2021.

Cross Country: Competed in four matches for the Jackets’…averaging a time of 30:25 per race…the sophomore finished with a time of 30:57 at the Rocky Mountain College Invite at Amend Park on Sept. 13 which was good enough to place him in the top 50 (45th).

Track & Field: Competed in three meets, running the 3000 meters twice and mile once...Took 14th place in the 3000 meters at the CSC Open January 20 with a time of 9:31.63...18th place finish in mile at Air Force Invitational Jan. 24-26.
Cross Country: Competed in six races as a sophomore...Posted a season best 10th place finish at the Gage McSpadden invite, running an 8K in 28:10.4...Finished 43rd at the GNAC Championships with personal best 8K time of 26:25.7.
2017-18
Outdoor Track & Field:Â Competed in four events over six meets...ended the season with a 14th-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:46.77...ran the 5K, 1,500, and 800 during the season.
Indoor Track & Field:Â Competed in the mile and 3,000-meter at the conference meet...finished the season with a best of 4:36.09 in the mile and 9:26.58 in the 3,000-meter...ran the distance medley relay, 800-meter and 5K once each during the year.
Cross Country: Completed six cross country races as a freshman...placed 12th among non-Division I competitors at the BRC/MSU XC Classic in Bozeman, Mont., with a time of 28:23.3 over a snowy five-mile course...was the 'Jackets top freshman finisher at the conference championships with a 27:27.0 (8K, 67th-place).
Corvallis High School: Class-A Cross Country State Champion in 2016…all-state for cross country his final three years as a Blue Devil…four-year letterwinner in both cross country and track and field…personal best mile of 4:34…finished two miles in 10:01 and clocked a 15:37 in the three mile…paced a half marathon in 1 hour, 24 minutes…team captain for both cross country and track and field.
