Cross Country: Impact player for the women’s cross-country team…competed in all five races of 2019…all-conference academic...average race time of 22.17…clear leader of the lady Jacket team placing the highest in every race of 2019 out of everyone on the team…first place overall finish (21:25:40) in Hardrocker C.C. Classic (5k) at Robbinsdale Park on Sept. 9…four top 50 finishes..Named women's cross country player of the year at the Buzzies.
Indoor Track and Field: Competed in seven meets including GNAC Indoor Championships...Set personal best 3,000 meters at GNACÂ Indoor Championships with a time of 10:38.84 and a 10th place finish, placed 8th in 5,000 meters, 8th in distance medley relay, and 10th in 4x400 meter relay...Collegiate best mile time 5:34.77 at Snake River Open Jan 10-11...Notched five top-5 finishes, inlcuding 2nd place at the Mryle Hanson Open Feb. 1 in the 3,000 meters...Took 3rd place in the 5,000 meters at the Dave Little Alumni Mile Jan. 25...Academic All-GNAC.
2018-19:
Cross Country: Placed 4th in the Gage McSpadden Invite with a 5K time of 20:07.2...Competed in all seven races and posted two top ten finishes...Placed 31st in the GNAC Championships at Ash Creek in a 6K race.
Track and Field: Began with competition in 3000 meter steeplechase and 4x400 meter relay...Personal best 800 meters at Montana State Open 2:30.71 for 11th place...Personal best 1500 meters 4:56.37 at University of Providence Open for 2nd place...Personal best 5000 meters at GNAC Outdoor Championships, 18:15.89 for 12th place...Top ten conference finish in 3000 meter steeplechase, seventh place 11:22.87 at GNAC championships. During indoor season, Aiken placed 14th in the 3000 meters at the GNAC Indoor Championships with a time of 10:53.45...Also took 11th in the 5000 meters with a time of 19:22.24...Competed in the 5000, 3000, mile, 800, and DMR events...Best mile time 5:35.53 at Bobcat Preview, Finished 1st.
2017-18:
Cross Country: Placed 34th at the GNAC Championships finishing the 6K race in a time of 23:28...finished the season with a collegiate-best 23:06.30 at the West Region Championships finishing 96th...finished third in both the Yellowjacket Open and Montana State University XC Classic…named MSUB Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Year at The Buzzies.
Track and Field: Placed eighth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the GNAC Championships with a collegiate-best time of 11:19.43...ran the 800, 1,500, and 5,000 during the season...posted a collegiate-best in the 5,000-meter with a time of 19:43.01 at the Yellowjacket Open...recorded a collegiate-best in the 1,500-meter (5:08.66) at the Dickinson State Blue Hawk Games...season-best 2:35.16 in the 800. During indoor season, Aiken finished the season with collegiate-bests in the 3,000-meter (10:58.41) and 5K (19:29.45) at the GNAC Championships while placing 19th and 18th...ran a 2:37.89 in the 800 for a collegiate-best at the Montana State University Invitational.
2016-17:
Cross Country: As a freshman finished as 1-3 runner for MSUB in all events...top finish was sixth at Gage McSpadden Invite (16:58)...14th at Yellowjacket Incite (24:49.03)...second for MSUB and 18th at Yellowjacket Open (19:40)...No. 1 runner for 'Jackets at GNAC Championships (96th, 24:56.5)...second for MSUB at NCAA west region championships (160th, 24:52.92).
Track & Field: Finished seventh in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at GNAC Outdoor Championships, with a time of 11:27.61…took fourth in the 800-meters at the Yellowjacket/Battlin’ Bear Open in 2:32 and finished fourth in the 1,500-meters in 5:12.50…participated in the 3,000-meters and on MSUB’s distance medley relay team at the GNAC Indoor Championships.
