2011 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets during the season as a senior ... Set a career-best mark in the 800 meter run with a 2:27.95 at the UNLV Track Invite (Mar. 4-5) ... Also ran a career-best 4:50.22 in the 1,500 meters at the GNAC Championships (May 13-14) ... Set a career mark in the 5,000 meter with a 19:21.06 at the Montana Open (Apr. 16) ... Recorded five top-5 finishes with three victories during the season in the 1,500 meter at the BHSU Yellow Jacket Invite (Apr. 28) and the Montana Open and in the 5,000 meter at the Tom Gage Classic (May 5-6) ... Earned GNAC Academic All-Conference honors for the third time in her career.
2011 Indoor: Competed in six meets during the indoor season ... Recorded six top-5 finishes during the season ... Set a personal best mark in the mile with a 5:26.32 at the Montana State Open (Jan. 21) ... Had a season best mark of 2:31.02 in the 800 meter run also at the Montana State Open.
2010 Outdoor: Competed in seven spring meets ... She clocked a top time of 2:31.30 in the 800 meter run and a 4:54.95 in the 1,500 meter run ... She recorded three top-5's and five top-10's during the spring ... Thiel earned her second GNAC Academic All-Conference award.
2010 Indoor: Ran in seven meets during the winter ... She had a top time of 2:39.46 in the 800 meter run at the Mountain State Games and ran a 5:32.49 mile time at the Montana State Open ... Thiel earned four top-5's and seven top-10's.
2009 Outdoor: Finished among the Top 10 four times.

2008 Outdoor: Finished among the Top 10 six times ... Won the 10,000 at the MSU Outdoor Invitational (Apr. 12) ... Ran the second fastest 10,000 (46:16.31) in MSUB history at the GNAC Championships (May 5).

Powell High School: Earned four letters in track ... Placed at the Class 3A state championships seven times ... As a junior she was fourth in the 800 and 1600 and fifth in the 3200 ... As a senior she was third (1600), fifth (800) and sixth (3200).
