Outdoor Track & Field: Returned to outdoor track by winning a GNAC title in the discus, earning all-conference honors in the shot put and becoming the third thrower in MSUB history to rank in the top 10 in the discus (2nd), shot put (8th) and hammer (3rd)…competed in ten outdoor track and field meets, including the GNAC Outdoor Championships…led wire-to-wire in the discus at GNACs, then PRed on his final throw to claim a conference title with a 48.47m (159-0) throw…placed third in the shot put and earned All-GNAC honors with an outdoor personal-best of 14.59m (47-10.5)…also placed seventh in the hammer throw with a 47.33m (155-3) mark, making him MSUB’s high-point scorer at GNACs…won the discus with a throw of 45.60m (155-3) at the Dickinson State University Last Chance Meet on May 5…placed 14th in the hammer throw and ranked 4th amongst non-Division I competition with a 45.95m (150-9) toss at the Bengal Invitational on April 29…placed 27th out of 54 throwers in the discus at the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 15…broke 45 meters for the first time in the discus with a 45.34m (148-9) throw at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate on April 14…took second in the hammer throw with a 47.20m (154-10) at the Cal State LA Twilight Open on April 13…placed third in the shot put and fifth in the hammer throw at the Yellowjackets/Battlin’ Bears Open on April 2…threw a lifetime-best 47.99m (157-5) in the hammer throw to take eighth at the Yellow Jacket Spring Open on March 26…won the discus and took second place in the hammer and the shot put at the Yellowjackets/Battlin’ Bears Icebreaker Open on March 19.

Outdoor Track & Field: Season canceled due to coronavirus pandemic.
Indoor Track and Field: Appeared in six meets as a senior, including the GNAC Indoor Championships in weight throw and shotput...seven top-5 finishes, including second place mark at the Myrle Hanson Open Feb. 1 in shotput with a throw of 14.30 meters...Took seventh place in shotput at the GNAC Championships Feb. 21-22 with a mark of 14.83 meters...Placed 11th at the GNAC Championships in weight throw with a mark of 14.83 meters...Took third place in both shotput and weight throw at the Snake River Open Jan. 10-11.
2018-19
Track and Field: Competed in the shot put and discus at the GNAC championships after competing in four events during the season...personal-best in the shot put of 14.17 meters (46' 6") at the Dickinson State Blue Hawk Games where he also threw a collegiate-bests in the discus 44.28m (145' 3") and hammer throw 35.87m (117' 8")...threw the javelin at the Montana Open while recording a personal-best of 45.40m (148' 11"). During the indoor seas, Cross threw shot put and weight throw, finishing the season with a 14th-place finish at the GNAC Championships with a personal-best indoor shot put mark of 14.03 meters (46' 0.5")...recorded a collegiate-best in the weight throw of 13.02 meters (42' 8.75").
2017-18
Outdoor Track & Field: Participated in eight events…had a personal-best hammer throw of 117’ 8” and a personal-best discus throw of 145’ 3” at the Blue Hawk Games on April 20…placed 15th in the shot put at the GNAC Championships with a throw of 46’ 5.25”…placed 19th at the GNAC Championships in the discus with a throw of 138’ 5”.
Indoor Track & Field: Competed in six events…took 14th place in the shot put at the GNAC Championships with a throw of 46’ 0.5” which was a season best…also threw weight in five meets.
2016-17
Track & Field: Competed in the shot put, discus, weight throw, hammer throw and javelin as a freshman...finished the year with a personal record of 44.22-meters in the discus placing ninth at the GNAC Championships...finished the indoor season with top mark of 12.43-meters in the weight throw during the conference meet.
Sundance High School: Three sport athlete...four year competitor in football, basketball, and track..12-time varsity letter-winner...football team finished 10-1 in 2015...named 2016 basketball Defensive Player of the Year...awarded Thrower of the Year in 2015 and 2016.
