Cross Country: Strong finish during senior season...three top-20 finishes...13th at Gage McSpadden Invite (6K) in 21:05.8...third for the team at Yellowjacket Open (4 mile), 12th overall in 20:17...GNAC Championships (8K) third for MSUB, 40th overall in 26:36.20...NCAA west region championships (10K) 121st in 33:25.97...academic all-conference.
2015-16
Track and Field: Personal best marks in every event during the season...all-conference result, MSUB school record and GNAC title winner on men's DMR first place finish at GNAC Indoor Championships in 10:06.41...placed ninth at GNAC Indoor Championships in mile in 4:21.66...won the 3,000 meters at Mountain State Games in 8:51.44...academic all-conference...redshirt outdoor season.
Cross Country: Redshirted.
2014-15
Track and Field: In outdoor season first place at SD Mines/Bauer Open in 3,000 meters in 9:54.65…second place in 5,000 meters at home meet and Trudnowski Open…eighth place at GNAC Outdoor Championships in 3,000 meters in 9:39.15.
Cross Country:Turned in three top-20 finishes his junior campaign as a Yellowjacket...best finish came at the Yellowjacket Invitational where he placed eighth overall in 26:33.39, helping MSUB win their home event...at the Black Hills State Invitational, placed 10th in 28:17.64 and at the first race of the season, Carroll College Invitational, 13th overall in 20:17.06...at the GNAC Championships, was third on the Yellowjacket squad and 35th overall in 26:11.9....at the NCAA Division II west region event, finished 108th overall in 34:05.9.
2013-14
Track and Field: During the indoor season, had conference rank of No. 22 in the men's mile with 4:25.75 at the GNAC Indoor Championships, and No. 15 in the men's 5,000m in 16:45.70 at the Birds and Bees Invite...completed the 15th-best time in the GNAC in the men's 3,000 steeple in 10:02.34.
Cross Country: In the Yellowjacket Invitational finished with a time of 26:00.6...finished in seventh place overall at the first race of the season in Alaska (University of Alaska Fairbanks Invitational, 8k) with a time of 27:00.
2012-13
Cross Country: Ran all four of his races with sub-28 minute times ... best time 26:28 in the MSUB Yellowjacket Invitational ... placed 48th in the GNAC Championships with a time of 26:51.
Butte High School: Lettered in both cross country and track for four years respectively ... while competing in his senior year for Butte, he had a season-best time of 15:50 in the three mile and his best time of 2:00.4 in the 800m came during his junior campaign.
