2010-11: Played in 20 singles matches with a 5-15 record overall and was 0-6 in the RMAC conference ... Played every match as the No.1 singles ... Played 21 doubles matches  with a 8-13 record overall and a 1-5 record in the conference ... Played as the No.1 doubles in every match with Rikki Peach.

2009-10: Played No. 2 singles for the Yellowjackets as a freshman…Recorded a 9-13 record and was 8-8 in doubles with teammate Rikki Peach…Peach and Karlsson earned second team all-conference honors in doubles.

Boulder HS: Lettered all four years at Boulder High School where she was named Freshman of the Year in singles playing at the No. 3 spot in 2006…She was Player of the Year at No. 2 singles in 2009 and made the all-region team in 2009…Placed fourth at state at No. 2 singles as a senior…Ranked 19^th in G-18 singles, 12^th in G-18 doubles (USTA Intermountain).
