Track and Field: Best marks indoor 3,000 meters (9:07.80), 5,000 meters (15:39.69) and outdoors 5,000 meters (15:43.56), 10,000 meters (33:23.41), and 3,000 steeple (10:25.36)…third place at Myrle Hanson Open in 3,000 meters in 9:21.28…third place at home meet in 5,000 meters in 15:53.66.
Cross Country: Had two top-10 finishes his sophomore season for the Yellowjackets...was part of the MSUB team that finished 1-2-3-4 at the Yellowjacket Invitational, finishing in fourth place with a time of 26:15.19...at the Black Hills State Invitational, was seventh, completing the course in 27:46.91...at the GNAC Championships, placed 51st in 26:52.4...at the NCAA Division II west region, was 78th - holding the second best finish in the Yellowjacket squad, with a time of 33:14.8.
2013-14
Track and Field: Ended his freshman year finished with the 18th best time in the men's 5,000m race in 16:43.56 at the Mountain State Games...outdoor sesaon ran a 22nd best in the GNAC 34:45.80 at the MSU Open.
Cross Country: Finished last season at the GNAC cross country championships with a time of 27:46.72.
Billings West High School: Competed for three years on the West High cross country team and two years on the track and field team...sophomore year was named the Most Improved...was the first recipient of the Golden Bear award at West his senior year on the track and field team...three-year Honor Roll student.
