Cross Country: Notched a top-50 finish at NCAA West Region Championships, checking in at 49th in 31:35.8 in the 10k course…finished No. 22 at GNAC Championships – second on the team – in a time of 26:11.9 in the 8k course…notched a fourth-place finish at the Yellowjacket Open, finishing the 4-mile race in 22:24.5…took fifth at the Montana State Invite with a time of 26:45.59.
Track and Field: Ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase, 5,000-meter, 1,500 and 800 over four meets...began the season with a collegiate-best of 4:12.74 in the 1,500 at the Yellowjacket Open...had a season-best of 10:06.50 in the steeplechase at the WAR XI meet in Spokane, Wash.
