Coach Balog on Richter: “Jacob is another recruit we have been following extensively for the past couple of years. Like we have done in the past, we feel it is our duty to try to recruit the best talent not just in Montana, but in the surrounding states as well. Jacob definitely fits that bill, being one of the better college recruits in the North. We faced some stiff competition for him but were able to land him, and we are very excited about that. We think Jacob is going to surprise a lot of people next fall.”
Richter on choosing MSUB: “I chose MSUB because I have always loved being outdoors and playing soccer. MSUB is a great place where I can do both. When I came for my visit, the players were great and treated me like I was a part of the team already. I have no doubt that I will enjoy my experience at MSUB while playing soccer and continuing my academics.”
