BILLINGS, Mont. - Hayden Foltz, MSUB Assistant Athletic Director of Communications, was named a finalist for the College Sports Communicators Creative & Digital Design Contest. Foltz's portfolio is a finalist in the Designer of the Year contest, which slots him in the top-11 of the 55 total applicants in the College Division.

2025-2026 is the second straight year that Foltz was named a finalist for the Designer of the Year contest - a category that judges your graphic design skill set, commonly seen as graphics on social media for the following: game day, final score, player of the year, all-conference awards, career milestones, etc.

Winners of these contests will be announced live on-stage during the Special Awards Luncheon at CSC Unite 2026 on Wednesday, June 10 at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Our finalists have set themselves apart from their peers by demonstrating excellence in their craft and providing the highest quality of coverage for their student-athletes."

Foltz had a standout baseball career at MSUBand completed an internship in the athletics department during his senior year in 2022-2023. Shortly after graduation, Foltz was named the Assistant AD of Communications at MSUB - a title commonly known as 'SID' (sports information director). During his time as one of MSUB's two SIDs, he has spent countless hours gaining knowledge and experience on his graphic design elements.
