BILLINGS, Mont. - The Montana State University Billings softball program will change leadership following the 2026 season. The Yellowjacket softball season concluded on Saturday, finishing with a record of 7-42 (5-19 GNAC).

Coach Yegge was announced as head softball coach in 2024 after holding the same position at Missouri Western State University. Under Coach Yegge's tenure at MSUB, the softball team went 23-70 (16-30 GNAC) and competed in the 2025 GNAC championship tournament while having seven all-conference selections.

A national search for the head softball coach will be conducted in the near future.
