PORTLAND, Ore. – The Montana State University Billings men's and women's track & field teams saw a total of 13 student-athletes from it's programs named to the Great Northwest Athletic Conference Academic All-Conference Teams presented by Barnes & Noble College.

The Yellowjackets 13 recipients totaled nine student-athletes from the men's team, and four student-athletes from the women's team.

The top GPA on the men's side would go to Tyler Grenier, a sophomore from Livingston, MT who totaled a 3.96 GPA while majoring in Psychology, has set PR's in the 100m during this outdoor season, while setting multiple PRs in indoor season, and competed at his second GNAC Indoor Championships.

Following Grenier would be a pair of fellow sprinters in JayCee Herbert, who earned a 3.88 GPA, and Brock Grossman, who accumulated a 3.82 GPA. The duo both major in Health & Human Performance, with Herbert serving as one of MSUB's top sprinters in the 100m and 200m this season, along with being a member of both the 4x100m and 4x4000m relays this season. Grossman similarly runs for MSUB in the 4x400m relay, while setting PRs in the 400m multiple times during outdoor season, climbing to fifth all-time in the record books this outdoor season. For MSUB's women, senior Jaida Green would total the team's top GPA mark, with the Helena, MT native set to graduate with her degree in special education after totaling a 3.84 GPA. A three-time honoree, Green has been one of the standout throwers for the Yellowjackets this season, setting a PR in hammer throw this outdoor season.
