The Yellowjackets return home to begin Great Northwest Athletic Conference play Thursday at 7 p.m. versus Northwest Nazarene.

Chaminade (3-4) held the Yellowjackets to a .034 hitting percentage a season low.  The Jackets were led by 11 kills from Jen Boe.  Brooke Tolman had 28 assists and 10 digs as she hit a team-high .222.  Four different Yellowjackets hit negative numbers. Despite losing 3-1, the Yellowjackets were in every set.  The first set saw a battle back-and-forth affair to a 15-15 tie.  Chaminade took the lead for good with a kill from Kylee Pedro for a 16-15 advantage.  The Silverswords built the lead to 21-17, but back-to-back aces from Taylor Adams cut the deficit to 22-20.

Out of a timeout by Chaminade, the Silverswords scored the next three points for the first set win.

The second set looked promising for MSUB midway through as it built a 15-11 lead, however, the Jackets couldn't quite close the door as Chaminade went on a 14-8 run the rest of the way for a 25-23 win and a 2-0 lead.

The Yellowjackets hit just .061 in the third set, but held Chaminade to a .000 percentage for a 25-20 win to keep the match alive.  MSUB raced out to an 8-3 lead early on.  The Jackets saw their lead shrink to two points on a couple of occasions, but scored six of the final nine points for the win, 25-20.

Chaminade jumped out to an early lead of 8-2 in the fourth set and built it to 14-5 en route to a 25-20 win.
