2010: Ran in five races as a true freshman ... Had one top-15 finish at the Dickinson State Invite (Sept. 24) with a 13th place finish, which was also his season-best 8k time at 28:11.

Helena HS: Was a three sport athlete at HHS, lettering three times in track & field and cross country and once in swimming ... Finished 10th at the state cross country meet in 2008 and 13th in 2009 ... Was the team captain for the cross country and track & field teams during 2009.
